day at the track
well today i took one of my paid days off. i went with my dad and my step mom's sons to a race track outside of bakersfield. my step brother in law has a kart. single cylinder, two stroke, half inch off the ground its nice. and fast.
so i took a few runs around the track. damn is that exciting. you dont brake. you just gun it through the turns, that thing holds. if you get the speed up enough you actually slide through the turn and keep the wheel turned and everything. its better than drift. its amazing.
and a vid of me haulin *** around the final turn on my last lap:

Looks fun.
I need to go to faster go cart places... the amusement parks just arent cutting the speed requirements like they were when I was 12. I need to go faster haha... I feel like I crawling assbackwards when Im riding kiddie ones.

Have you ever drove the 'adult' gokart versions that look like mini indy cars? We have that at Myrtle Beach for about $25 a person, but your talking best of 30 laps, and doing 70mph+

this wasnt a miniature golf place, it was a race track. the course next to us had street bikes racing all day. this IS the "adult" go kart. cost me $65 bucks to be a driver, and its my step bro in law's go kart. he paid like 7 grand for it. and we were probably going 55-65 on the stretch.
this is him and his toy:
