I agree with the earlier statement that she must've done something to lead him on. I also think that you should seriously start asking her some questions. Tough questions. And watch/listen for her reaction VERY closely.
Chances are, as aweful as it sounds, this is the beginning of the end for you two. My advice is to put a lot of thought into this because likely a year from now you'll be facing the same dilemma. Start pulling away from her slowly so that its not a rough breakup.
Just to elaborate a bit, my ex and I broke up a year ago and she put me through hell and back. And to this day still has the guff to message me and phone my celly to drag me through the mud. That was after over 4 years together.

Man you guys all got it wrong...its not hard to track an email down or a cell number....find out more like what their past relationship is...what resulted from it and if i were you check cell fone bills see if shes doing some of the calls....things are rough but dont believe the "i'll never do it again bullshit" lied to you once whats gonna make now any different...

no! damnit i can't agreegirls like to flirt. even if they're dating engaged married whatever
I wouldnt worry about it... it doesn't mean they will cheat
Now the worst thing low-low COULD DO right now is come off as a jealous insecure loser.. this will be a big turnoff for her and she WILL cheat
So this is what low-low should do: dont ask about that guy, don't react to what she says about him, play it cool and non-chalante
But for future reference, you should always have AT LEAST 2 backup girls at all times
PS: it's cool to pay someone to do your dirty work so long as it's never traced back to you
