Phate, you're room sounds awesome! Where exactly are you in California? I used to live on Travis AFB about 30 miles to San Fran and 30 miles to Sacramento, right in the middle. If you lived close enough, then when I visit back to Cali, I could see your ride... I've loved that thing since I joined up here!

I live in Winston Salem NC actually

No worries, and thanks for the praise on my car.

In other news, today I was talking to my apartment manager, and he wants to put my game room on his website for promoting the complex, and he said in exchange he'll give me 3 months free rent, woot!

Thats pretty badass. I wish my apt managers were that cool.

Wow, you will save a ton of money by not paying three months rent. That's awesome!

Heres another good question for the group. My media room has a door that goes out onto my apartment balcony. At the moment I have nothing to put there. All i've currently thought up is a couple of chairs and a small table. Any ideas to make it fun?

V6Cam 07-30-2008 10:07 PM

Theres not much that you can put out on a porch to make it fun, how big of a balcony is it, got any pics of what it looks like right now, meaning the before pics

Put some chairs out and some beer in a cooler and your set, game on.

Im thinking, two chairs and a minifridge that will act as a table as well.

Do you have any pictures of the room? I'm sure we could help out more if we could see it as it stands right now.

Not yet, but I also havnt had time to fix my comp at home, i've been really damn busy, and am just using the computer at work. I still have a ton of pics to upload of the newly painted hood on the maro.

Heres the basic idea though, its a 12x13 room (small but i've done the measurements and it will all fit just fine). I'll grab some pics and see if I can upload them when I get the chance.
