Thats actually the fastest Cobra, and most of them are much slower.
Its only in 2003 when they went surpercharged and started to break 12s(12.9).

The 2000 Cobra-R runs a 13.2 and it has no air conditioning, no heating, no radio, and no back seat to save weight. It has 385hp and 385tq.

How are they bullshit reported times? Several seperate popular magazine companies conducted road tests on the Cobra and all came up with similar times.

go on the svt forums there are so many guys running mid 12s outta there cars on stock tires n blah blah blah. n they have posted all the required info to support there arguement. most of the guys that know how to drive (which is fewer then most) r hittin the mid 12s. now as for the guys that cant drive for ive seen personal bests in the high 13s but they openly admit THEY SUCK

Modded cars are another ball game, and yes you can make a civic fast, hell you can make a Yugo go fast, but in the end it will still be a Yugo. And you DID say you could beat his Dakota.

My car is hardly a muscle car. Its just a stock (sort of) V6 with a little stock turbo in a heavy tank as he calls it. Why is he afraid? He probably dosnt even have a car. lol

12.7 is probably more accurate for a 03/04 Cobra..thats right from SVT themselves...but anycase what are you arguing about again...lol
