Ethanol
 

Discuss....how do u feel about it? Basically cheaper gas to make...yet we will suffer on gas mileage with it. Also is it good for our cars? or bad? What does everyone think.


Gas stations here have 10% ethanol in them now so im curious....and since its cheaper to make why is gas still going up????

it's fine, if your car is designed for it (it eats rubber, and doesn't lubricate as well) th price of gas goes up because our government (aka the politicians) all make millions of dollars off oil. I have been saying for years we should just burn alcohol, it's been around a long time, there are additives to make it lubricate better, and you can change the smell of it (not to mention alcohol makes more power with less detonation)

The goverment in general is what is suckin balls lately.

You know what- all you people who hate Bush just take some time and think about what you said.

Five years ago EVERYONE was behind him after the 9/11 attacks. But now because gas is going up and the economy sucks everyone hates him. Well here's a little something to ponder over. The reason the economy sucks so bad is because of the things that Clinton admin put into place. The economy takes years to turn around and because Clinton did things to try and make himself look good we suffer years down the road.

One of my number ONE pet peeves is people that blame the president for everything. My taxes are going up...blame Bush. Gas is going up..blame Bush. The economy sucks...blame Bush. There are no jobs...blame Bush.

I am willing to bet that well over half of the people who say they hate Bush can't name 5 things that Bush has done to deserve them to hate him. (and yes, that was a call-out to all those who say they hate him) Which being that he has been in office for 6 years people that claim they hate him, there should be more than enough time for them to come with stuff.

I never liked bush, his dad was a twit and a lier what made anyone think he'd be different? I can name a few things he's done one major one is the economy, we went from a budget surplus to a record deficit, he has done nothing but anger the terrorists (he hasn't stopped anything just given them targets in their own countries to kill I support the troops, and wish them all well, but don't think it's a war we can win) I never thought he did anything after 9/11 except give a speech, the other thing is he hasn't really done much except take vacations (he has a record for most vacations by an active president beating number 2 his dad by a long shot)

I was just saying that as a joke... But I never liked bush, and hes an idiot. I can surpass that and probably name like 25 reasons why hes a bad president... Another thing: Its a little too ironic that **** hits the fan while hes in office, isnt it? :rolleyes: Heres somthing I posted a couple weeks ago on a different forum:
