I swear almost every recruiter in WI has asked me to join the army... I cant even shop at wal mart, or hand out food in drive through without being asked (im not exadurating, i was asked in both of those places)... I was told a couple years ago by the N.G. recruiter that the reserves are the last to be sent to Iraq when I told him I like my country, but Im not willing to die for it :lolsign: ... psh, shows you how bad the wars gotten. |

Army (military) life isn't that bad- has its ups and downs, but it isn't for everyone. I enjoy it, people I am in with enjoy it, but there are others who hate it too.
The pay isn't the greatest, but on drill weekends Sat and Sun 8-4 with an hour lunch in-between..taking home $250 isn't too bad. Just have the looming thought of being sent to the sandbox all the time is what sucks.. |
