Yup got into my first today. I was coming up over a hill, and right on the downhill on the other side, a women was hanging out of the right lane, with her rear end. U know how people make a sudden lane change and are hangin gout, that is how she was... I saw her, and i skidded but i clipped her rear.. She was driving a Saturn and well only a few scuff marks... My car, needs new front lip, new headlight and casing, new passenger side fender, and some underbody work, liner came off... But thank god she dont want to go through insurance, i guess she feels some what guilty... I dunno.

was it a single or multiple lane road? and how fast were you going? because it seems to me that you were probably speeding and that's why you couldn't evade her car in time.

if it's raining , snowing or some dumb bitch hit the breakes on a green light , or another dumb bitch backed into you , or some *** stoped to 0 kmph getting cut off at 80 kmph on the highway ... it's your fault eh ...

cuz tryint to determine otherwise requires too much thinking so it's easyer just to be stiff about it . much easyer on the cops and insurance companies ... who gives a about you as a person ...

thats true, but I"m sure if I park on 401 and someone rear ends me that won't fly.. and I"m sure if I drive backwards on oncoming traffic and someone rear ends me that won't work either.

I rearended twice .

Both situations were depicted in my ironic post above .

First time , a guy merged onto the highway , cut off some dumb , who at 80 STOPED THE CAR and got rearended by a guy , who got rearended by another guy , who got rearended by me .

We were all found guilty but the dumb that caused the accident .

Then 2 months later , some dumb bitch was going straight through an intersection and the left turn signal turned red . She slamed on the breaks , a guy behind her slamed on the breaks and I hit him . Then she took off . I was found guilty once again .


And if both times I got off the ticket in court , the insurance didn't even give a , that the ticket was dismissed they said , they don't care , no matter what you hit from behind , it's your fault . . .

Mutliple lane road, i was going 50 over the hill, in a 60... She was taking up almost 2 lanes.... I had no time to avoid because coming up the hill you dont see her, then on ur way down, smack she is right there. She was jutted across 2 lanes, with her front in the right lane because she wanted to be in that lane. And i could not swerve around, another car beside me... I swear to god, I almost cried and im not even joking.

that must have been a REAL sudden change (between uphill and downhill) if you couldn't stop in time from only going 50 km/h ... but anyways ... learn from this incident i guess ... that's all you can do, especially for newer drivers like yourself

Well, i gotta pay her 1100.. She was driving a Saturn SC2... She needs new rear bumber and paint... And a little touch up near her gas tank... And that i owe her 1100. Also she said when i drop the cheque off, she will have a lawyer present so if it bounces she can bust my ***... Im like wtf... This lady had turned out to be the biggest bitch in the word.. At that accident i thanked her for not tweaking and she told me this stuff happens all the time and not to worry about it.. But come on woman, if you said that, then why you tweaking afterwards.. I dunno, i think shes ripping me off for sure. Shes probqably going to phone the cops as well, take my money and insurance claims.

last time someone hit me from behind, i wrote up a contract since we were settling outside of insurance. the first part goes along the lines of ... "i, (your name) agree to pay (the lady) x dollars to repair the damage i caused" yada yada ... then sign it ... then the second part goes along the lines of "i, (the lady) agree to forfeit my right to go through insurance provided that (you) pay for the repairs" and have her sign it.

sorry, the wording here is simple, but i have a more detailed contract if you like
