I was really really surpised to see it at 2.50... i wonder why its so cheap here...

2.79 now. Just filled up the Neon. 150 miles on 5 gallons, $14.

That was premium..luckily I have a couple friends who were in the know and gave me heads up before it went up..I filled up that night at 3.09, woke up and it was at 3.49, by the next morning it was 3.79 and finally leveled off around 3.89.

Its comin back down now with places starting to be just under $3 for premium. I doubt it will go much lower though- gas stations realize that people are willing to pay upwards of $4 a gallon because we have virtually no other choice. There is a lot of money to be made somewhere by someone..just wish it were me!!

Yeah- it became more something to look at than drive the past two weeks- I still drive it but its just costing a lot more to take a cruise..

A week later and I pay $3.09 for a gallon of 93. Last week it was $3.15 - at 15mpg I wish I bought a Ranger...
