The guy I paid 185.00 dollars to for the front cover I posted pic of earlier still has not shipped the damn thing.I have e-mailed him several times and he said he gave them the wrong address the first time,second time he needed a phone number,so I gave my home and cell numbers.That was last Monday,e-mailed me back said that he would get me a tracking number the next day.Here it is friday night and no number and I'm getting pissed.

I paid him through pay pal,so if I don't get the bumper can I file a claim through them to get my money back?If this dosen't work out it's really going to slow my plans down at least a month or two.

Sorry for the rant,I just needed to let off a little steam.:banghead:

paypal will gladly give you the money if he doesn't provide tracking, teh problem is it being a bumper it's probably truck freight and it takes them a couple days to pick things up

Paypal has been good with returning money to me. It takes a little while once you open a claim, but even if they don't hear back from the guilty party, they will rule in default on your behalf. Just be patient, I know it sucks, but you will get either your parts or your money in the end.

Yeah I think its anything over $25 they will refund you for. Cuase I got jewed out of a movie I didnt get, which was like $24. haha, good luck.

Thanks guys,so far I have not heard any thing from him yet.I'm going to give it till the middle of next week till I file a claim.I hope he comes through whith it.I sure don't wan't to pay 450.00 for the cover,but if he dosn't I guess I will have to.It might sound stupidbut that bumper (to me) is the key part to getting my car to look like I want it to.

I guess it will be a waitting game for now.

make sure and send him something saying if you don't hear from him by such and such a date you'll file a chargeback, that usually gets them moving (unless he blew it on shipping charges and is hoping you'll go away)

The last e-mail I sent was last night.If he thinks I'm going away,suprise I ain't going no where.I want the bumper or my money back.I'll wait till Monday to tell him I want a good tracking number or my money.If I don't hear from him by Wednesday I will file a claim.

Well I just got a pm from him and he is supposed to have me the tracking number today.I sent one back and told him if I didn't have it by tonight I would be contacting PayPal.He said he shipped it freight.So I will see what happens tonight.

Just to catch you up on this situation,I just posted a last ditch effort to take care of this on CamaroZ28.com.I have given him till midnight tomorrow to get me a tracking number and company it was shipped through or I'm going to PayPal with it.

Will keep you posred as to what happens.
