at this point, the black male is the most discriminated for 2 reasons. 1 is that a lot of companies or whatever have rules about hiring a certain amount of minorities so its kinda like it dun matter who is more qualified because if there isnt enough minorities they cant hire you anyway. 2 is that anyone else can cry racism. i think thats messed up and i agree with the statement about the pendelum (sp?) swinging too far
