Well, you've seriously ****** up on a massive level.
Archimedes is right, sit down with her, seriously, and calmly and figure out how you're going to take care of the child, and I'm not sure of your age. But, if you're too young to support a child on your own it's time to pony up and get parents involved.
Yeah, i know, they'll be pissed. BUT by being straight-forward (this will come later) they'll realize (after they've told you how much you've ****** up) that you intend to take the situation seriously and do what it takes to take care of it. Ending up in a form of respect for you, despite the situation.
Also, she will need major support, especially if she's young. Because not only have you made you're life hard, but you've drastically changed hers and made hers amazingly hard now. So, make sure you don't play the "wow my life is screwed up game." She knows the feeling...and she'll have a reminder of it every time she looks down.
Future tips: Condoms, Birth control, and if need be, simply pull out...if anyone says "i didn't know" they're lying bastards.
It's not hard, it's not complicated. Confusing: Yes at times.
Hell - I'm only 20 my self.
All this stuff takes really is common sense and consideration. Sadly something in which a lot of people lack. But can be compensated for by picking up the slack and making the best of the situation.
Not bashing you, just being straight-forward.

Technically it takes 4 - 6 actual sperm to break down the wall of an egg. But, i agree. Pulling out is only full trust-able with birth control.
The pill is 99% effective.

My point is SHE can't TELL when he's going to . plain and simple, she can guess...that's IT. just like in my example, you wouldn't know that i threw the ball till it hit you.
The ONLY way I'd say she were 50% responsible is if he blatantly said "I'm going to " and she didn't do anything about it.
