As much as Dell service does sound like hell, and its stupid that they have to go through all this ****... but this guy is being a complete *******... I can relate because people call into BB with these stupid *** questions..

Maybe if this guy would get a few brain cells, pulling the only power source the computer has to power it (the battery) as a final option would do the trick. How do you cut the power to your car? Pull the ****** battery.. retard. It amazes me how many people call and ***** about how long theyve been waiting for this and that and cry to me because theyre retarded.

I have to say the tech handled himself nicely.
If someone would have called in and did that while i was working a helpdesk position it would have been on like donkey kong.
