to pick up my little brother,he's getting out at 10:00 am.Can't wait,he's been in for 18 months now.

Yep I'm the oldest of 4,I'm 36 he is 32.He got lucky he could have gotten 7 to15 years federal,but only got 18 months state time.

No problem , He was convicted of conspiracy to manufacture and distibute methanphetamine.He got a damn good lawyer and a couple of mistakes by the police in the evidence.I don't defend anything he did by any means,he did it,he got caught and should have done the time but got lucky.

I think he really has learned his lesson,our mother almost died back in January and he couldn't do anything but wait for one of us to visit and let him know what was going on and it damn near killed him that he couldn't be there.
