yea Adam sandler is good, and i like MOST of Jim Careys stuff but some of it is obviously stupid and not very funny. Dumb and Dumber is the best movie ever tho.lol

I loved Dumb and Dumber but I hated Ace Ventura, the mask, cable guy, and I'm sure there's more but I can't think of them.
Personally I like him better as a real actor over a comedian. i.e Truman Show, The Majestic.


But to be completely honest I rarely see movies so there's a lot I don't know when it comes to movies. I guess I personally think there are no good movies no days. I miss really good plots, now they just throw more money at them and more special effects and think that makes a good movie.

I think Adam Sandler and Jim Carrey fall on about the same level, as far as their comedy stuff goes. I like them both, so I have no problem with what they do. I've liked Jim Carrey since "In Living Color".

I'm lucky, most plots for horror movies are pretty basic. People die, sometimes in strange ways. Works for me. There are some good movies out there, but most of them are the same thing, just different city, different actors. But there have always been tons of bad to go with the good, its just that the bad didn't used to have as big a budget as the good.
