I never understood the point of buying people crap on valentines day. I mean sure, go out and buy some flowers for the old lady, but outside of that.. I mean really, isn't that what Christmas is for??

who wants flowers? flowers die and only last a little bit.. I'd much rather get the stuff I got then some lousy flowers..

oh and whats wrong with gifts?? i get my man gifts even when its not a holiday...we spoil each other all the time so it works out....
oh and as for that gift i mentioned previously.... i got him a black katana... here are some pics:
please excuse the traces of wax on the blade...kinda difficult to clean
the inscription on the blade is japanese, which reads (vertically) "no possess the souls of your ancestors. dedicated to your aspirations, dear samurai"
ahh those few semesters of japanese payed off

yeah this woman came through my line today at publix and was from out of town and somehow we got talking and she said "yeah my husband is dead so I am free to come and go as I please it is nice" she did say she missed him but it didnt seem like it. I said to my bagger yeah see if my girlfriend gets anything next val. day
