it still is a different division in some ways, but they did a lot of condensing of some of the divisions. They are still their own division, but the same regional manager handles them all, except vision and optical.

nope, there is still a dept mgr. There is the dept mgr, the service mgr, and then the support mgr.

ok so it's the same order, my girlfriend at the time's mother was our support manager (I had already been dating her for 8 years when I went to work there)
