Hurricane Aftermath
How does everyone feel about whats going on down there? Im not gona lie I have mixed feelings......I feel sorry for those who lost there homes and loved ones in it. Then there some I dont if you have been watchin the news there are huge problems with those who stayed behind and now crying for help that are now stealing from stores and now cops are being fired on by gangs and groups of people. So yeah I have my mixed feelings on those but again I feel for those who lost alot in it.
They say will be 4-6months before New Orleans will be on its feet again.

I don't really feel one way or the other. It's all human nature. Not that I agree with what is going on, but anymore, I just don't care about alot of that crap. Society is doing down the tubes, and I personally think its past the point of salvation. And Paul, I totally agree on the TV thing. It doesn't need to be on every dam channel. Every time anything bad happens here, they disrupt every channel to show footage, even channels that have nothing to do with anything, like Nickoldeon COmedy Central, etc.... Kepp it on the news channels.

I have to go over to Mississippi tomorrow I'll get some pics, it wasn't too bad here but I'm 16 miles from teh coast, downtown is trashed.New Orleans will be under water for about 6 months (that's what happens when you build a city below sea level on the coast)the people that stayed knew what wa going to happen, some of the looters were given permission to take food, then the morons came out and decided it was time to be tough, they should be left behind to fend for themselves

I think its devastating... I mean, september 11th was a big thing in my lifetime, and hearing about a big city like nawlins have somthing like that happen is just crazy to hear... its just somthing unthought of, and unspeakable
and as for the stealing, thats absolutely pathetic

This is BS, their are now gun gangs walking around the city shooting at every thing. I even heard that a chopper was even shot at. On Thursday all 1500 N.O. police officers will be pulled off search and rescue in an attempt to take back the city. Odds are the military will join in as well. I think a few AH-64 gunships and some main battle tanks could do wonders for stopping the looting.
