If your talking about the looting going on...its not racist its true every person you see doing is black. Well the mass majiroty is anyways. Its sick whats going on and alot of crap is going on from it. Yes they were warned to get out but if you think about it its the State Gov fault for not taking action sooner and being prepared for something like this. Yes they did try to evacute when it was to late. The state will learn from this.

Its deffinatly a double edged sword. sure they should have gotten out of there with the ammount of waring they had but for those who for some reason didn't or couldn't, like people in triage who are now dying. You also have to look at how well the government didn't handle this. It looks as if the government and our stellar president figured warning everyone before hand was more than enough, well it obviously wasn't. i think a lot of blame falls on the higher ups. but it also falls on the desperate to live. its a terrible situation, a large problem and theres really no easy way out of it, sure it could have been handled a little better as far as aftermath. but desperate people will do desperate things, like steal food and water. there is however no excuse to loot clothes stores and S**t like that, its unnecessary. but they deffinatly don't deserve to die.
