The bad news is, these charges are serious, and I recommend hiring a criminal defence attorney to fight them.
The good news is, sounds like some macho cops were out too intimidate a motorist with a show about arresting you blah blah blah. From what you've said, I don't think they've got a serious case against, you. It's lame, but you'll get through it.
Hire a lawyer and discuss your case with him in detail asap.
