So do I. I am seriously thinking about picking up a LT1 block and starting a 383 build. My plan is to build a nice stout bottom end throughout the next year, and then when next years tax season comes around I will throw a LE2 package on it. Sounds like a plan to me.

Remember the other Z I had a while back- plastic, carpet and fiberglass may burn, but engine blocks sure don't!!!

Well, you can either bore the block, or shave the 4.030 pistons back down to 4.000..

or sleeve it and bore that. which is dumb.

but i bored my engine tonight in class. old, old boring bar, but it did a great job. took about 3 hours. next week i'll hone it clean it and start building it.

yeah im really disappointed i couldnt get a hold of one for cheap. this one was free so whatever. at least i can get mod money for my TA once i sell this

You're getting close- tell ya what, I have drill this weekend, someone find out what the difference is and post it for me by sunday afternoon- consider it a little homework assignment.

To make it clear- I see two things that are different and that was just looking quick, so there might be something else I am overlooking..
