i need a camera should i buy one like this???

i can buy it for 40 from someone should i get it i know its a off brand but i am to cheap to buy a better one ???

if you just want to have a camera to use, and don't really, really need high quality, go for it. That way you at least have a camera.

the polaroid is slightly better (keep in mind polaroid went out of business 5 years ago and the name was sold to a chinese company)don't look at mega pixles 3.2mp with no focus is just a big blurry pic
