Lets see first i would go and buy a Mcdonalds. Yup cuz people just keep getting hungrier and fatter so ill keep making money. Then id go buy a nice size house 4 bed 4 bath 3 car garage with lift (CASH B!TCHES). Then i would finish up my car, buy a C6 and hook it up, buy a CTS-V hook it up, and a big *** truck hook it up. When that is done i would pimp out my house with nice furniture and cool appliances. Then i would take me and my friends out clubbing and just pick up women with my money (no not prostitutes tell them you will buy them stuff and they will come!) with no intentions of ever actually marrying one of those gold digging things. After im done partying for a few years then look for a nice girl. Yeah i would also think about investing into something wierd that makes money like porta potties!

Not to ***** the thread or anything, but "hit the jackpot" and "million dollars" don't exactly jive... most lotteries are paying out usually $2.2 million or more these days.
Having said that, assuming I won a lottery of approx. $2.2 million dollars, the $1.2 million would go directly into a high interest savings account. I'd use that account to live off the interest alone. The remaining $1 million would be my play money. A Ferrari, big house, and the Corvette "Blue Devil" when it's released.
