only thing I have to say is it was a bad decision to let your gf come onto the board in the first place, not really meaning specifically at Jimmy, but the only one that has done that is Arch and no one harasses Arch like that so it works out ok.. otherwise you're just totally opening yourself up for tons of harassment.
I'm gone for one day, and I come back to chaos. lol

I read the sig post, and though it was a little harsh, I did laugh at various things there. And to leave because of what's been going on.. gay. I've been through lots of crap here, especially during my first year, and guess what? I stayed. Chris and I got into some heavy duty arguements for a while, remember. 
Its just the interent. Get over it. If you have to leave like that, you weren't meant to handle it and be here.

Why does someone's opinion whether it be right, wrong, or forced as the truth be right or wrong? We all realize in the end, it is just one man's opinion. And why must that guy be hated, ridiculed, and eventually ridden off just because he feels so passionatly about one thing or the other? Especially when there are other members here who do the same EXACT thing yet walk away unscathed...In fact there are some that are embraced for doing the same things, yet they tease and make fun of others for the same faults that they have. I didn't realize that you always had to agree with what people are doing to their cars, and that there was a need to tippy-toe around so as to not hurt anyone's feelings. Fact is-This is NOT the way internet message boards are, at least not the bigger ones. In fact, when another "bigger" message board is quoted on here, it is usually bashing someone from this board...You know what I'm talking about, Danielle. We have to band together, because we are a small group. We would not survive, (most of us), if we used the same "persona" anywhere else. Anyways, I've rambled way too much here, and I'm sure none of it makes any sense.

You're right, alot of it doesn't. It doesn't have to be that way. For some reason, a certain person managed to make an enemy of a lot of people on this board. How he did, only he knows. Something in his manner just started off a war. The other people don't. We all share opinions here, and most of aren't like that. You can share an opinion and not be flamed on here. Its done all the time. Maybe its the way you go about, and just your attitude. And maybe the only reason that "that guy" must be ridiculed is because its fair turn around. If you can't take it when its turned back around, maybe it shouldn't be said by that guy to begin with. The "bigger" message boards have their fair share of jerks and arguements, and yeah, usually the only time anyone bothers to say anything about those sites is when it is bashing someone's car, be it mine, Grants, or Brian's. Because there are more than a few of us that have had our cars bashed by the "elitists" at the bigger boards. But this isn't the "bigger" boards. So why be like them?

In all retrospect Jimmy just went around the wrong way in trying to get his point across. Their are several cars on this board that I don't like but I will state my opinion in a mature manner (most of the time anyway). Jimmy however would come across as an *** to much and they got on peoples' nerves.
