Just got back from House of wax...

Okay so I just got back from the screening of house of wax. It is a great movie. In my opinion the best horror film so far this year, not saying much compared to the others. But it was a very good movie, really good. Im going back to see it when it comes out on friday. Oh and paris hiltons death is awesome, everyone in the theater was clapping and laughing when she died.

Does that really surprise you? Glad you liked it & had fun! In general, horror movies don't ever meet my expectations anymore. Most of the new ones that everyone says are great, I just don't like. I'm weird like that. I think I'll just to stick to my beloved '80s slashers and Jason(excluding Freddy vs. Jason).

hey im the same way, i love 80 slasher flicks, and I go to make fun of horror movies. I thought this one would be really stupid, comeon look at the cast. It is actually good. 1 or 2 things ive never seen before in a horror movie. trust me danielle, i wouldn't lie to you. Also anyone who thinks Freddy vs. Jason was good needs to be shot.

I believe you wouldn't lie to me, but like I said my taste is weird. And they never make horror movies gory enough anymore. I might have liked Freddy vs. Jason if there had been casting differences.. but it would have just been out of loyalty. As it is, I'll enjoy my other Jason movies without adding that one to the collection... I've been hearing rumors of a FvsJ part 2.

yea they are trying to put together a script for it, i think its stupid. They should quit before the ruin the whole series. I totally love Nightmare on elm st. series. And friday 13th. If you like gore, than HIGH TENSION is a good movie, i dont know how they will edit it in America, because i have the french version on dvd, and it is hella gorey.
