I am writing this in reguards to the email I received about requesting a refund or return.

In this ad, it states in four seperate places that I can see "PS2 Guitar Hero II with Guitar". I did receive the guitar, and however I did not recieve the game. I was told to read that, and I did, but the ad does state in 4 places versus one place that it comes with "PS2 Guitar Hero II with Guitar". My question is what is the PS2 Guitar Hero 2 that it was appearantly supposed to come with? Under the missing items it does state the guitar and game are not included, but I did receive my guitar, so oviously that statement is not legit, nor referenced according to the item I did receive.

I would either like to return the whole thing and get my money back since I did not recieve what I paid for. I expected "PS2 Guitar Hero II with Guitar" which was stated in the ad. If I cannot return the item, I suppose that I would accept a partial refund which we could negotiate a price. I would not have purchased this item, but I reviewed your feedback and noticed that you have a majority of positive feedback, so I decided to buy from you. I hope that you can understand where I am coming from with what I have described. The ad was misleading, as it would be to anyone. I hope your intentions were not to have me pay for more than I recieved. I will await your response.
