Here is the short story. My trans is still the stocker and 1-2 shifts are shot. Slipping and bouncing on the rev limiter. So, when this first happened I found a local guy that had a new stage 4 with a 3k Hughes stall. Long story short on him, he needs money fast for a car he is trying to complete. The car is now a drag car and he is putting a th400 in it. So, lucky me calls dibs on the tranny for $300 and the stall for $250. The trans has 5k miles on it, has a shift kit, all upgraded internals, fluid smells good, guy guarantees I will be more than happy or money back. So the plan is to get her in next Sunday and have her ready for BG. I am pumped and can't wait to get it in and feel the difference. Only thing that bummed me a bit, I scratched the paint on it but I can deal with it. Now, this week I need to locate a good tranny cooler. Here is a few shots of her...........
