My older brothers wife.. They still Live with us.. Well She bought a 30'' TV from dell like in november.. and they had a recall on it, so dell sent another TV, the boxed was smashed.. But i signed for it when it showed up cause i was like... whatever.. So the TV ended up being beat, scratched.. ect.. so Dell was like.. okay.. they sent another.. it was the wrong Size it was a 26'' or something.. Dell sends another one.. this time its the right one.. So Dell didnt send any return labels.. we had 4 Flat screen TV's...

So alittle while ago they got all the return labels or something.. but they cant ship the beat up one back due to the shape of the box.. and my brother and his woman are yelling at dell over the phone to send an Empty box with packaging for their TV. and if they dont its going to them in a trash bag. They've been Bit*ing for 2hrs on the phone now.. and its still going.. its like WTF..

i deal with people like them all the time. they get pissed so they ***** and scream
bummer they they are having issues but they should realize that they wouldnt be on the phone for 2 hours if they ***** at the people
