Honestly bro I want to give you some respectful advice. Go take night school for English. If you want to improve yourself and upgrade your life, I fully recommend working on your spelling and grammer. You may even be interested in taking a course which teaches you a new skill.

People who judge future employees qualify them on their interpersonal skills. ( Interpersonal = How they present themself. I.E. Speech. Vocabulary. Presentable in dress. ) Learning english and actively using your mind by reading; will help you overcome your present barrier.
