Charles Bebee, a Cincinnati police officer, was arrested for drunk driving. His blood-alcohol level was tested at .08. He had been given a Top-Cop award earlier this year by Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
Charles Bebee, was arrested in Aurora, Ind. for driving while he was intoxicated.
He was driving a sport utility vehicle at a high rate of speed when he was seen by a police officer. A car that was driving behind the SUV stopped the police officer to tell him what he had observed and told the officer that the driver was going to cause an accident.
The officer followed the SUV for awhile then finally pulled him over for speeding. He was clocked at 55 in a 35 mile per hour zone.
The police officer gave Bebee a field sobriety test which he failed. Bebee agreed to be given a chemical test, which showed that his blood-alcohol level was .08.
Bebee has now been given desk duty and his police powers have now been suspended until the outcome of his upcoming court case is heard according to Cincinnati police.

No offence to law enforcement, but it is a job that breeds hypocrites. I know friends in very high positions in law enforcement who spend their time off drinking and driving, snorting coke, smoking weed, etc. They just don't get caught. The deputy chief of police in my town was arrested for drinking and driving - he failed the breathalyzer and everything. Still has his job
