u can go anytime monday to friday its open from 12pm-10pm Sat-Sun 12pm-7pm

we have Wrestling, BJJ, and thai boxing

wieght room boxing ring, grappling mats and an open floor

bjj and tai boxing, more bjj than anything else these days and soon they place i go to is gonna start doing ground fighting so im all over that like a fat kid on a candy bar

i do it in port colborne at a place called daybolls, dave dayboll runs it, guy has a bunch of world titles and is one of the nciest people youll meet. his head isntructor, dave medd has a very bright future ahead of him if he can catch a break, infact i think he's fighting this weekend or the weekend after.

personally im not big on fighting, i do it because i enjoy the sport but im not sure id ever get into it competitivly. the chances of becoming a pro fighter are so slim that i wouldnt even bother getting my hopes up. but im always up for some grappling in someons yard, that way no one has to go to work the next day bruised and cut

I did some street fighting/ freestyle jiu jitsu in my home country...i was actually thinking of signing up at this aikido school in pickering.
