Motor Trend is a scam

Found this on an other board

I applaud Randy Pobst, who found something positive to say about the Mazda RX-8, which came out 4th in rankings in front of the Porsche 911 Turbo and the Dodge Viper ACR. This truly proves that any magazine opinion can be bought and sold for dinners, track rentals, testing facilities and that the general commentary in these magazines is usually BS.
I guess, I should mention that Mazda North America generously donated time at the Mazda Raceway in Laguna-Seca, where the testing was conducted.

lol, the z06 pulls 1.2 g for ****s sake, these people are a bunch of clowns. i think ive bought 2 issues of this rag and ive never enjoyed it.

the z06 isnt that bad. the new zr1 is 100g which is a bit much but, it pumps cars worth a half mil more.

this is not much news...all car magazines within the past decades have their own
little biases sometimes its just goes as far as that
