Movie Flipper

Anyone know of any software that will flip the image of a movie? I downloaded a movie and the whole thing is upside down.

I used MovieMK that comes with Microsoft Office to do that on a video that I downloaded that was upside down.

Found the problem, I didnt have the right codec. I hate AVI files.
