Must be douchebag month.
Well, as much irony to jasons event as this is, my car had oil poured on the passenger side of it tonight.
To try to sum it up: Many of you remmeber that my roomate is a douche... well he finnally moved out about a month ago, and a girl from work moved in to help me out with rent for a month (moving in 2 weeks). ANyway, this girl that lives with me has a crazy ex bf who for some reason hates me becuase I have a green camaro. Apparently he used to have a green camaro and he hates me because i work with his ex and i have a car like him... automatcally he assumes that she likes all guys with green camaros I guess. so yeah, im pretty sure hes the guy that keyed my car last year also. So tonight he just came and poured oil on both our cars, and I heard him peel away (dunno why youd draw attention) but my roomate saw it was his black cavalier with no hubcaps and we called the police, filed a report. Oh yeah, he also is a huge meth head.
I am really sick of ******* douchebags like this. I got to go to my gfs house quick and rinse it off.. it still really looks like ****, but i got it off as best i could at midnight. Anyone have any suggestions on how to take it off? Im going to the carwash tomorrow to get it off. What a pain in the ***. **** stupid people.

Be careful going after him. If he presses charges more than likely he would win, esp. if you went and found him...that little thing called premeditation that would screw you on your defense.
To be honest, try and get a police order to keep him away. If he violates it, he gets arrested. Then that arrest is on his record. Guess who else cares if you have been arrested? Employers. If any type of decent respectable job he probably wouldnt' get hired for the arrest history. So in the end you would get the last laugh for the next several years.
I know you want nothing more than to give him a fist facial, but sometimes a piece of paper hurts a lot more in the end and for a lot longer..bruises heal, but not being able to get a good job because of an arrest would be a lot worse IMO..

It depends on the officer and how busy your department is. If there is one out there on him and he did violate it, then yes he should be arrested.
Do you remember the name of the officer that took the complaint? You should at least have a copy of the complaint and badge number. I would be patient, I know its hard, but at least try and let the cops do their job. If you get nothing in the next day or so call and POLITELY ask to speak with that officer. It sounds like you have a reasonable case here and if there is an order out on him it should be end of story.
Also, make sure you get a copy of that order for her to keep. That way if there is a next time you can show the officer when he shows up and there aren't any questions. It makes our job A LOT easier!!
