My bumpers not really that mest up, just cracked on the top right side and he took some paint. But what really pisses me off is that he took off after wards and didnt even say sorry or at least give me some money. Plus guess what i found out! This car goes to my school. But its a different driver who hit me. All my firends are telling me to bust the car up, but i donno if i should. I dont think i should. What you guys think?

personally I'd probably "accidentally" do the same thing if there's no cameras or witnesses to see it, but file a police report, especially if you can show the damage from your car was done to the same car at your school... if there's paint marks and what not, definitely call the cops while you're both there in the parking lot.
When I worked at PETsMART, the manager got slammed into buy some car and drove off, well turns out it was a regular customer and still had her paint all over his car, so she called the cops and since the cop could tell it came from his car, he filed the report. Just tell the truth that you were driving along, that the guy hit it and you pulled off the road and he ran. You didn't do anything wrong and the more truthfull you are the better the cop will feel and he'll go along with it.

Hahaha. Ok, i told you guys about the guy who hit my car rite. Well,today after school the cops pulled him over for reckless driving and gave hime a ticket, i drove by him and laughed at his a**, it was funny as hell.
