But they can still owe you money... I know you can fry them bigtime if someone doesnt have insurance, Im just not sure how... I think norice was right with the lawsuit... You shouldnt let anyone get away with somthing like this when youre paying insurance for a reason...and I know here in MN you will get plugged if you dont have insurance even when you get pulled over!

man that sucks. good your ok. i would hate to be hit by someone else or hit someone else. im glad i was the ONLY person involved in my accident. saved things big time, no insurance changes or anything. they think im still driving the car.lol. anyways there has to be something you can do to get what you deserve at very least. it sucks to screw over someone who made a mistake but i say she was asking for it by having no liscense or insurance, so screw her as much as you can. good luck man.
