Need a Safety and emissions, under the you know what
Need a safety for a car I just bought(1992 Talon) its got a cracked windshield. also need emissions for the same car. Anyone know of anyone? Let me know please.... the car is turbo AWD if it matters

This is a catch 22 post.
People that know how to get them will not PM you or reply how just because you posted in open. There is one member that hs this in his sig at the bottom.
There are i think 2 other people that can get them as well.
But why would u pay 75 to 125 for safty and risk other things unseen not checked or fixed?
As for Crap Air there going for 200 and up unless this car has mods it should pass if in good shape
