Not good, not good at all...
Over $20 million in damage in my hometown.
And this is after the water went down a couple feet. It was impossible to do anything with the water at its peak height. I couldn't even get home from work and I only live about 3/4 mile away.

Yeah, all my stuff is fine except for the boiler in the cellar. Cold showers suck!
We just got internet and cable back today, all this stuff happened on Tues. We got running water back late yesterday. I spent most of today helping friends on lower ground haul all their stuff to the dump...

The national gauard is in and there were ambulances and firetrucks around from lots of places I never heard of.
Now that you can actually get around town and the running water is back on it's not such a big deal. It's just time for cleanup.
