One car or two?

One car or two?
So coming around January or so, I should have my paint paid off, and I'm looking to get a new vehicle(s). My plan is either:
A.) Buy this 85 T/A around here that I love if still available by then(if not, another T/A or Camaro) for about $3000 (or less, hoping to get it down, and if not, look for another one), and try to get it paid off by mid-summer, which I'm pretty sure I can do. Sell my Dodge Spirit after the T/A is paid off, and then go buy my winter vehicle, Jeep CJ5/CJ7/Wrangler for about $7000. Total =$10,000.
OR
B.) Just go out and buy one $10,000 range vehicle for work that is good in wither and has relatively good mpg. Looking at 03 Sunfires/Cavaliers, newish Grand Prix, Grand Am, Tiburon, Neon, Avenger, something along those lines.
So, which do you think I should do?

I'd do the 1 car, figure every year you gotta do plates, pay insurance, maintenance yadda yadda, you'll get a much better car for a dd (you'll be driving mayhem in the summer anyway) keep an eye on the gp forums that's where I got mine, and I had it shipped and paid for for less than book value

I won't buy a car that I can't see in person. I'm very picky. Unless I can drive to see the car and pick it up, I won't buy it. And before I buy I have to test drive. I went over that T/A for more than an hour and I wasn't even sure about getting it then. But I know every exact thing wrong with it, lol.
Yes, I'll be driving Mayhem in the summer/spring/fall but not as much, just when we go out, and to go to shows, and to cruise, stuff like that. Never to work. After paint, Mayhem is never going back into the Wal-Mart parking lot. Never, ever. Too much of the damage, oh hell, all the damage on her was caused by that place. Freaking place has no employee parking lot and half the people that shop there, well.....
Insurance on three isn't too bad because you get a discount for multiple vehicles and all that, plus I know for sure the T/A would only have liability on it. Plates would be about $100 a year, inspection less, not too bad there. Maintenance and repair, I would only have to pay the cost of parts, because 99% of the labor would be done at home. The T/A's engine will probably have to be replaced in another 50,000 if not sooner, I don't know haven't got to run it yet. But we have an engine for it, so that's not really too much of a problem
I could get a better car if I just got one more expensive one, but the question is would I be happy with what I got? Has to get about the same gas mileage as the Camaro gets now, go in the winter, and be able to hold more than 2 people. I'll be giving up driving to work in the a vehicle that I really, really like, so whatever I buy has to be something that I'll really enjoy driving every day, all year round. Most of the choices are cars that I know I like but do I like it that much? Don't know. But it would be my first 'newer' car. Which would be cool.
See, I'm torn. They both have their upsides, and downsides. At least I have a while to think about it. Not moving till most likely Sept/Oct, and the money from the paint won't be done till probably Dec/Jan.
If I do the 2 cars thing, I'll probably be looking at an 3rd gen FBody(or even a 2nd if I came across one again), with either a jeep or bigger truck(dodge ram).

plus, my dad needed a vehicle that more than 2 people could fit in, for when my grandparents came up, and he used to drive way too fast in the IROC. Still wish he had it sometimes, cause it would heve been mone now. Like the Dodge is. But then I'd have no winter vehicle, lol.
