Well Thursaday was fun....wanna know why? i got arrested! yeah no joke. criminal threat. on that forum school scandals, that joke that i took too far, yeah they arrested me for it. i was held without bail and was supposed to do 5 days in jail, but i was really honest about it and **** so i only got a citation (ticket). but yeah thursday was awesome!

well theres this forum called school scandals. its made for all high schools in the nation with a seperate section for each. its basically to talk trash. now i was on it one day and came to a threat where someone said "if you threated to kill *so-and-so* i'll ******* kill you". so i put "i'll ******* kill *so-and-so*...whos that?". everyone knew it was a joke, the person who posted it even hit me up on AIM and knew it was a joke, but then she told me about that person...people really did threaten her and she was even assaulted at a gas station. there was a whole thread about her that i didnt read, people really hated this person and wanted to harm her. of course i didnt, but i had joked about it. so i was like oh **** i ****** up, so i went back to the thread and posted an appology and clearified that i didnt want to kill her, nor did i even know her and that i was sorry. well that was the best thing to do, but on that site everyone hides behind screen names and talks trash hidden behind a computer...well me, i've always let people know who i am. that made it easier for the cops to find me, so they did. one of them told me they simply wanted to make an example outta me cuz i was the easiest to find.

so anyway, security came to get my during 4th period, as soon as they called for me i knew what it was about. i went to the security office and there were 5 cops there, all in their vests n everything. they asked if i knew what it was about, i said yeah, then the detective asked if i want it the easy way or the hard way. i said easy way. so they escorted me off campus, not in cuffs, and put me in a car, the unmarked one, with leather seats in back. they had a search warrant for my car and my computer. so just as lunch got out there were 5 cop cars around my car. all my friends had to have seen it and thought worse. well after the deputy finally figured out how to open the trunk they told me it was clear, they found nothing, then they all commented on how clean it was for a 95 . then it was off to my house. they all pulled up to my house and the guy i was with said **** nice house. so they said if i cooperate they'll go in and get just what they need. if not they'll tear the whole house apart. i said of course i'll cooperate i have no reason not to. so the detective interviewed me really quick, asked about the whole story, i explained it all and he said well thats good, you know you ****** up. i said yep, i'm not gonna lie and make it worse. then thats when he told me it was 5 days jail without bail, but the judge who wrote the warrant said my punishment was at the detective's discretion, and since he liked me and i was so cooperative he bumped it down to just a citation. well they went into the house, i led them to my room, and they unhooked the computer and took it out. they went through my drawers just to see if anything else was of interest. one cop was looking through my sexycorvettes.com calender and said, hey isnt this your wife? to another cop, they were all really nice guys, nothing like what i expected when being arrested, they musta really liked me. then one said **** son in all my years of doing this i have never seen a room so clean and organized . so i was really scorin points. so anyway they took me back to the station. i went straight to the detectives office and he wrote the citation. one of the guys asked me if i wanted a soda. i said no thanks, but was really surprised they were being so hospitible. then he took me to get printed and stuff, but the person who does that was busy, so we chilled in the lounge, yeah, the louge thats for cops only. and all this time i didnt eve see hand cuffs. so finally when i got printed and did the mug shot, i went to the lobby where my dad was. that was the fun part.

since he didnt know the whole story he was really pissed. when we got home he was bringing up all this **** that made no sense and seemed like just a reason to *****. so i said fine youre gonna be that way, guess what i dont need to put up with it. i grabbed my **** and walked outta my room. he went to stop me i said do not touch me. he was like oh god caleb dont do this, the day after your 18th birthday too. i was like yep. the reason he was so upset was cuz he did the same to his parents and all my life he feared this from happening. well i stayed the night at my friends house and friday after school i came back home. my dad didnt even mention it. my sis said when my step mom came home all they did was argue about it and stuff. well apparently they came to some conclusion cuz they havent mentioned it since. i looked at the ticket, but theres no fine amount on there. i gotta wait til april 18th.

so anyway post this on PC so no one thinks anything...like underage sex or something cuz i was 18 now. i dont know, the minds on that board are in the gutter.
