****, they should blame the parents on this one, i mean come on they should know where he is at all times, hes only 4 they should have a close eye on him, they much be dopers or somethin... anyway if i was the kid i would have been scared shitless imagine being 4 drivin a real car... weird

People do need to sleep,.. its kinda hard to wacth them 24hrs a day....Plus its an apartment complex, there's no way to tell if you're car is gone is you're asleep... Chris, either their insurance or the mother's insurance will cover it. Most likely the mother's but if she doesn't have enough or even any, then their's will cover it.

The story seems a little unbelievable, especially since in most cars you need your foot on the brake to change gears; but either way the justice served (or lack thereof) sounds reasonable.
