So after I got home the night of the GTA release, I had to park in the lower lot of my apt, which I do not trust at all.. I absolutely hate parking down there, it just screams steal me. The upper lot (For the residents!) was full of cars, minus 1 handicapped spot. I just got into my room which is at the opposite end of the building, like 2 mins had passed and my alarm remote started going off like crazy.. So I got my shoes back on and went outside quick. I look and my car looks alright, windows are intact, so I say **** it, get in my car drive to the upper lot and park in the handicapped spot.

It wasnt until today that I noticed my passenger lock is mangled to ****. So looks like someone actually did try to break into my car. I ******* hate people so much. Ever since I moved to the cities, ive had my car keyed, oil dumped on it, and broken into. I had my bike and my phone stolen, all of this over 3 years time. Im moving home in 2 months thankfully. I havent had anything stolen except a necklace in highschool my whole life.. I move here and I have to keep an eye on everything.. Cant wait to move away from here... I hate the worthless people here.

I was contemplating leaving my car at home the next time Im back and taking the escort, just cause gas prices are so high. Well now I am for sure... I wanted to have the camaro up here to go to Porkys and ****, but now that someone had to **** up my lock, I no longer feel safe with it here. Im glad people have to ruin it. I want to catch and stab the person in the neck who feels its OK to jack peoples stuff.

That is without a doubt my biggest fear. I am so afraid of walking out one day and my car just being gone or it just stripped out.

I havnt gottin everything yet, I might be buying one soon though. I'm most likely going to get a compact .45, I dont plan on using it for target practice just to have incase. I have been looking at a taurus 745 or a glock 36 acp.

The city is the best place for people to steal things , because they can blend in.

I have had a few things stolen , and my parents have been broken in one of the cars and stole some crap.

Serious i would beat anyone who steals crap.

The country is nice but there are still stupid, greedy people here as well. We live in a rural county and daughter #01 works at the local Rite Aid. Ems is studying to be a pharmacist and is into herbal stuff as well and carries a load of vitamins and herbs in an old purse. Well, she had this purse sitting on her front passenger seat (car parked at work) and someone broke the window and took the purse. She called me right away and then the cops. Filed a report but no one saw anything. Broad daylight on a well traveled road. I hope the stupid douche bag(s) that broke into her car enjoy their vitamins. She had a load of expensive school books in back and they didn't touch that stuff. I was so pissed. I had to sit on all the glass crap and drive the car to the nearest car wash and vacuum up the mess. I don't like thieves one bit. It should be legal to rip their arms off and beat them with them.

Dang bro, sorry to hear. The good news is they didn't get in! Score something good for GM. My passenger side keyhole was also mangled one day. I left it alone for like 2 months, and nobody went further. Sucks people are like this, but it's the world we live in.

I pay extra for an appartment in an area where I dont have to worry too much about my car getting broken into. I could hear my alarm from my appartment, and i've got my 12ga sitting ready to take out there and scare the **** out of someone. Or kill them, its whatever they choose lol.
