that would be a tornado lol..i didnt want it to move side to side..so I tried like a twisting effect with diff opacitys and blurrs..to make it bigger bigger smaller bigger to act as if it is rotating in place

I wouldnt mind a sig rolo. Mines old and well as you can tell buy it I suck at photoshop.
