Question

I'm not ranting, nor am I trying to start a flame war, this is a serious question out of curiosity. I dont know much about Integras, but they seem to be going for a lot more than anything else I see on this site. My question is, why are Integra's being sold for so much more than civics and other cars of that nature. I don't see whats so great about them..I don't find them particularly attractive(without a body kit and some nice paint)..so is it the motor?Build quality?Rarity?

Help a noob out and explain it to him.

A790 street rep is low. keep going
Integra vs. Civic

Integra:
+ Better suspension
+ Bigger engine
+ Nicer interior
+ Nice exterior (subjective)
+ Higher resale
+ Faster
+ FASTER

Civic:
+ Good economy
+ Less expensive
+ SLOWER

Integra Engines (I don't know the exact codes):
+ B18 - 140 HP
+ B18 VTEC - 170HP
+ B18C5 - 195HP (I think?)

Civic Engines:
+ B16 - 160 HP
+ D16 - 127 HP
+ D15 - 100 (I think?)

In conclusion... Civic = Slow. Integra = Peppy.

Any Honda guy want to correct my figures? I'm too damn lazy to look 'em up, but essentially that's the jist.

over priced, thats all. everyone thinks their car is special.

maybe an ultra rare clean type r with low km is worth something, but meh, ive seen a load of overpriced 93 civics in my time

Well I wouldn't agree with the better look comment. I think they are seriously ugly cars unless they have been modded with some sort of kit.

Fabius street rep is low. keep going
ones acura "higher class"
ones honda "lower class"

a swapped civic is always be faster then a swapped integra just cause of weight values.
