Rat-plagued Dumpling House reopened

you mix toronto downtown, with lots of supermarkets lying fresh produce around, old buildings with many many holes in it, with resturants with lots of food around, what do you get?
there's so much free food for the rats and roaches to eat on they can grow to have fat stomaches!

Thats true. The couple times I went through "Chinatown" (I think its called?) there was all over the sides of the roads. It didnt leave me with a very good impression, thats for sure. I dont know how people actually buy food from there. Are people really that desperate to save 10 cents?
That and the idiots who decide to stop randomly on the road to let out the family busload.

Downtown Toronto isnt that bad. Theres a lot of heritage and culture but i have to agree. That one block off Queen where its pure china town has its moments.
The rats have better homes and eat better than most of the bums downtown.
