selling my Desktop.
Im going sell my destop, and then im buying a mac because windows is s***.
here are the specs.
intel pentinum 4 3.0ghz prescott chip.
1 gig ram 2 x 512
160 gig harddrive
nvidia 6800gt video card.
upgraded 400watt power supply.
the thing is i have no clue how much i should ask for it. i was thinking a grand, it being a fairly heavily upgraded machine. It can play any game you throw at it and do most of anything.
i honestly don't know.
what would you pay for it?

Just uninstall Windows and get a copy of Fedora 3. Free from their site, problem solved.
FYI, you wont be able to play your games on a linux box, so it might be worth it to run a dual boot Linux/Windows machine, and only run your games from Windows

yeah, i was thinking about a grand but i didn't want to over shoot it. I know all about the pc vs mac world. remember i sell computers. but my apple rep at work can get me an awesome deal on almost anything i want. im pretty much done with gaming too, that sparked a serious intrest in a mac.
