First you'll need to host it, go here - http://www.projectcamaro.net/gallery/ and upload it.

Then click on "User CP" at the top of the forum (http://www.projectcamaro.net/forum/usercp.php)
On the left menu click "Edit Signature" (http://www.projectcamaro.net/forum/p...=editsignature)
Then take the picture url and put "[IMG][/IMG]" on either side of it.
