Here's a quick run down.
I got back from college in Florida in May of 2002. I needed a job and a car(my other car was totaled by a girl without insurance in Jan. of the same year). I started looking for a job, I put applications in EVERYWHERE without any luck. For two months I went out almost everyday trying to find a job from anyone, the job didn't even matter at this point. Finally I see an ad in the newpaper for Panera Bread that's opening in a couple months. I figtured this would be my best chance since they'd have to hire a lot of people all at once. So I end up getting hired on the spot. I now need a car.
My parents said they'd give me a small loan in order to go out and buy a car. I always wanted a sports car, speifically an FBody so that's mainly what I'm looking at but like my job I cant' be picky and just need something now. As I'm going through autotrader I find a '94 V6 five speed Camaro for sale for $2,000 that has 110,000. I decide this has to be it. I call the guy up and make a date for when we'll meet up. My dad and I go down to the suburbs of Chicago to check the car out. It was in good shape so I drive it home that night! Yeah!
I never really modified a car before except for stereo's and such so I start doing a ton of research and next thing I know I see all these people with personal websites. I then decided to open one up myself. So I open up a Geocities website to show off my car. Unlike most personal sites I add walk-throughs and a lot of detailed and really good information on my car. At this point the site keeps getting shut down by Geocities since it's recieving to many hits. So I start a website called ProjectCamaro.com to show off my car as Ii work on it and as it grows(hence the name). I was paying only $5 a month for this website and never even got close reaching my bandwidth and space limits.
I'll put more up as I have time.

definitly an awesome site, even though i feel like an out cast sometimes because i dont live in Wisconisin and cant do events with you all and all that but its great to be able to come on here and here about Paar's gay adventures(JK with ya) and learn more and more about my car. Ive learned alot about f-bodies and will continue to do so! So its cool that your providing an invaluable service to us F-Body owners. Thanks Chad.

This whole internet thingy - you know it just might catch on, that Algore is a genius for inventing it. heh.
You think you feel like an outcast? Think of having a stock Pontiac Firebird Firehawk (not modified) and visiting here - what part of "projectcamaro" makes me feel included?

I always thought that I was one of the original members on the board.. I know I have been here longer than my thingy up on the right says.. Oh well.. I think its a year off maybe.. I got the v6 in September of 02, and I know that I was already looking for stuff to do to it.. I started on www.streetglow.com where I met Chris (he got banned).
But it may not look like I have been here for long since I dont out the boards like alot of the people cough...Justin....cough..
