Someting I never understood about ebay.

I have purchased a few new cloths from ebay with tags in the past. What I don't understand is how some of these people call sell shirts/pants new without tags. I mean isn't the whole point of a new shirt/pants is to have tags?

yeah, but something can be new, but have had the tag(s) taken off. Gift, took the tag off with the thought to wear & changed their mind, anything like that. It could still be new w/o the tag. But its just harder to tell.

yeah I figure if it's on ebay it's used even with tags (I worked for penneys and we'd get returns with tags and the clothes were worn you could see sweat stains on them)also the things to put tags on are available at sams club for a couple buck for a hundred

yep, get that all the time here at Wal-Mart. Half of the stuff that gets returned was worn.

I figure if the price is low enough you really have nothing to lose.

Unless they have crabs or something, tried the pants on once to taint them, and then sold them to you as "new". At which point, you recieve them in the mail, immediately try them on, then forget that they haven't been washed yet, but go out anyways. You then transmit the crabs from your pants to some random girl you pick up at the bar. Two weeks later she finds out she got her itch from you and decides to press charges to seek compensation for her medical bills. In which case you have plently to lose.
