Its really not hard to read between the lines. Just stay away from problem areas like donut holes and large crowd gatherings with your cars. This only applys at night time when all the starts. During the day you can drive anywhere you please and not get harrassed. I hate hearing people gripe about cops when they are going to spots that cops are targeting. Its a no brainer. Be smart, and use your head and you will be alright. And if you do choose to go to these hangout spots, just make sure your car complys with the rules ie:

-tires with ample thread
-a cat
-full exhaust exiting the rear of the car
-no K&N valve cover or crankcase breathers
-working lights and signals
-working horn and emergency brakes
-valid insurance and sticker on your plates
-and hope to God that your car doesn't sound loud enough to warrant the old improper muffler charge

AND KEEP YOUR CAR HOME ON THE WEEKEND OF DARKKNIGHTS UNLESS YOU WANT A TON OF USELESS TICKETS.

14 People Hurt In Disney Roller Coaster Accident
Oh *****, they better get the other half of the opp on them dangerous roller coasters... At this rate in 6 years there will be 84 injuries caused by Disney alone. LOL, the media is just mass propaganda. The truth is the cops have nothing to show for them spending their entire budget on donuts. In order to hide their huge deficit they decide to find scapegoats to tax heavily. I say tax the theme parks, they are more dangerous then we are.

Cops are fat lazy ******** with nothing better to do. Murderers and rapists are too dangerous to go after, being union workers and all.

Street racing

Well at least now they leave me and my Trans -Am alone. They are more concerned with imports than american muscle.

I hate it when cops do this . I mean, yeah, if you stay "away" from the problem areas, then you wont get busted as hard, but there will always be the ***** on the power trip pulling you over for some BS.

I heard that cops now have the LEGAL right to open your hood. Heres what you do.
If a cop asks you to open your hood;
Say "I dont know how' (you sound dumb but they cant rightfully do it for you)
If you DO open the hood, and they point something out, ask them if they are a qualified mechanic, and ask them to tell you EXACTLY what is wrong with the mods on your car.

Generally, they will lay off.

Last I checked, cops still do not have any legal right to make you open your hood. Its still an illegal search.

They can ask you, and try to bully you, but you don't have to. They can call the MOE or MTO to come and do it however. But they are not supposed to stand over the MTO or MOE inspectors shoulder and look....still and illegal search.

If you have a legal car, open it. If your car is not legal, make it legal. It will save you $$$ and a huge amount of hassles.
