This sucks...
I'm trying to find something nice for my Dad's Ram for xmas, but he doesn't want to change "major" things cause when you do that means things go wrong. I can't find anything to spruc eit up that doesn't fall in his major category. This is exasperating. 
I don't think he'd put stripes o nit or I'd try to find a nice set of those.

I want to get him some new lights - projectors for the front, side markers, and an LED brake light, but noooooo. Or a nice billet grille.. but he likes the stock honeycomb. He already has running boards, and tail covers, and a wood dash kit(it sorta needs replaced, but he said its fine).

one thing he always said he'd like to do is replace the front hood emblem with the old leaping ram style, but the cost of those is outrageous... and he does need a new tonneau style cover but the style of his.. well, I've never seen another like it, and that's what he wants for a replacement.

that's in his "major" category - no exhaust, no engine messing around, no wiring messing around (reason I can't get him a nice set of lights). Now if something broke, I might get him to change lights, but only if something happened to his first. lol
A nice set of seat covers would be alraight, but all I can ever find for Dodge are red and black, and his truck is blue.
He is such a pain in the butt to shop for, I swear. The man has almost everything.

Somehow I'm gonna have to bring the fuel door into the conversation.. maybe tell him I'm getting one for the Camaro, and see if he says its ugly or not. If he likes it, I'll get him that. If not, I'll just have to get him more Tales from the Crypt stuff. Maybe that talking Cryptkeeper.

He has to make shopping complicated. Originally for xmas I was going to have his Honda Shadow's tank, and part of the frame painted, but now he's not quite sure if he's gonna keep the bike. He might sell it (to me, cause I'm not passing that up) and I'm not paying to get it painted if he sells it.
